On screen issue
On screen message saying viewing will go off if your bill isn't paid but I have paid it

I paid on Monday and set up a new 2 year contract then set that up on direct debit I spoke to sky Friday and they just said turn box off then back on but not working

So was the payment on Monday a manual payment? Did you not already have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up?
Perhaps adding an image of your bill(s) may help us. Make sure there are no personal details on there like account number and name etc.

No didn't have a direct debit set up paid it manually
on my bill it says I owe nothing
