On Tuesday evening a sky engineer was promised and they will WhatsApp me unfortunately they have not

I spoke to a sky agent who said that an engineer would be needed to fix my ongoing problems with my Sky Q they indicated a WhatsApp message would be sent to me to arrange. No message has been received and we are still without any Sky TV please can you arrange the visit asap?

Other customers can't do that for you...

 

You'll need to contact Sky again I'm afraid.
