So you booked a home move with Sky?

do you use Q or Stream/Glass? Sounds like the latter as you don't mention a dish?

Re: Nothing works

we get Sky Q via cable. I have booked an engineer for Monday but we have moved from a house to a flat on the same development so all the connections and systems are the same. Our neighbour in the block gets Sky. We should be able to plug in and go.

@Poonshaw

I think you mean you now have a communal dish shared by all the flats rather than your own dish.

You may need a certain level of engineer who will need access to wherever the communal dish is - and permission from your landlord or building management company.

Long shot, if you've moved from a personal dish to a communal one then you need to change the LNB settings on the Q:

Press Home on your Sky Q remote

Go down and highlight Settings

Press 0 0 1 on the remote

Press Enter/Select

Select LNB Type

Change the setting from Wideband to SCR

(This is assuming no engineer changes are required at the communal end)
