Nothing working on sky Q

Hi,

 

Can anyone please help, I've had satellite issues all week now the I've got no signal at all with the error message and it won't even let me download or access recordings despite saying it is connected to internet. 

Please help! Currently can't access anything!!

@Hannah17098  If you've had no satellite signal for a week, then the box ceases to functiuon after a while as it needs a live signal

 

In this time have your called Sky to get your dish looked at?

Yes someone came out on Sunday and said they couldnt see any issues and now today nothing working. Every option from the Home menu says I can not access...

@Hannah17098  Have you trie d areboot by unplugging the box from the mains for 1 minute and plug back in?

Yes had three attempts at that and tried to do a reset via the settings which still hasnt worked.
