Nothing on screen and can’t change the channels, have tried switching everything off and back on, al

Nothing on screen, sky and tv switched off, reset and all the cables in tact, sky is stuck on radio 2 channel with nothing showing on screen, tried changing channel but couldn't. Any suggestions please?
