@KWJL  What does your order tracker show? https://www.sky.com/ordertracking  As we are customers we have no access to your account or orders.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

On a side note; if this is a doorstep box swap don't forget to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it's taken away.
