Not Working: Mini Boxes A WiFi Boosters

I want to boost my WiFi around the home by using the feature to turn the mini boxes into WiFi booster. 

When I try to turn the feature on I get an error message stating that I need to use WPA2 security on my Virgin Hub 3. 

However, the hub uses WPA2-PSK, so is already using WPA2. How can I get the Sky Q box to recognise this?
