Not Happy with terms and conditions

Tried the chat line to sort out either leaving or changing my products to save money, told the guy in the chat room, thought about leaving tried to save me money but I said it was not enough, he then said he had cancelled my contract, when I didn't ske him to, I then asked what happens to my purchases and advised I will loose them and if I leave I can not come back for 12 months, by this time I was getting angry and told him I was terminating the chat. Only to get an email as soon as I stopped the chat saying I had agreed to the revised quote and I had a new contract. I've been with them 21 years and purchased about 20 films do they have the right to keep them?

hi @JAF45

I won't comment on your experience but just to advise you, if you have cancelled you can still access any purchased content through the SKY Store

https://www.skystore.com/n/hwtw/help/faq/ways-to-watch

(although you may have to get your profile set to a STore only profile which can be done via help chat from the store)

As with all such 'purchases' it's a licence and not the actual film itself.

However, as noted, you retain the licence to watch these films via supported devices from the Sky Store.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
