Normal tv through sky

Broadband hone down and engineer will call to sort that but my mini box is struck on step 1 of 4 to reset the Internet and will not let me go back to watch TV.  Main bow can watch TV just nothing via the Internet such as catch up etc.  Tried switching off at the wall but just comes back on with the same screen.  Any ideas to get TV back on?

Unfortunately that would be as expected if the broadband problem is the result of a router failure.

The main Q box should show live television channels (because those are received over the satellite dish) and play back existing recordings, but the Mini requires a working internet router for IP addressing in order to communicate with the main box and neither can do on-demand without an internet connection.
