Non returned equipment

I returned my existing router in the box and label provided, I don't know what equipment you now require me to send back

@King1584 You're not talking to Sky but other customers so we won't know what additional equipment it is if any.

 

It may be you've received the text/email in error.    Returns are taking approx 2 weeks to process.

 

Did you keep proof of postage?
