Hiya, I recently moved address and ended my Sky subscription. I made them aware of my move out date but the equipment to return the box wasn't sent before I left. I left the box at the old address in the hopes the agents would box it and send it for me. This wasn't the case and I'm now being charged a non return fee. Is there anything I can do about this

Hi @Bridie12 Call SKY and talk to an advisor, you will need to retrieve your SKYQ equipment to return to them.

The onus is on the customer to return the loaned equipment and if the boxes didn't arrive in time you should have used any packaging as long as it was secure. This link explains about how you receive an email with return labels through Royal Mail.

By all means call Sky and explain but unless you recover Skys equipment and return it they are quite within their rights to charge non return fees.

Hi @Bridie12 the onus is on you I'm afraid
Also I'm in a similar situation I've cancelled my broadband and I need to return the router but my Sky equipment is in storage it's not a million miles away but obviously I need to get it out of storage and return it before I'm slapped with a non return fee.
