Non delivery

Ordered a new Sky Q box on 15/2/26. As mine won't turn on at all. I paid for a timed delivery on Sunday 22/2/26 between 12.00-18.00. Waited in for this, only to get an email from DPD saying they can't deliver it. I have to rearrange a new delivery date. I can only choose week days! I would like the weekend while I'm home. Phone DPD & they say nothing they can do, I can't get another weekend delivery! So now I've paid for Sky for 2 weeks which I haven't had. And potentially the box will be delivered while I'm working & be sent back. Very unhappy, with the lack of service from Sky & DPD! Why can't I choose a weekend day again!

Is there a family member who has the same surname as you, and photo I.D. who can be there to accept it on your behalf should DPD ask?
