NoMultiroom

Just chose to upgrade and add multiview to sky Q package promotion on offer until 19.06.24 discounted from£15 to £5 for 18 month contract for new multi room users, used link via sky q box to upgrade. Checked emails and confirmation received from sky but says I will be paying £10  a month  not the £5 i was expecting. Checked on line and  offer  is still advertised called customer services and after over an hour on the phone having spoken to 3 different people they are telling me i am wrong and that the offer is for £5 off the usual £15 and then tried to upsell me other offers and said he couldn't cancel my subscription and advised me to return the min box when it arrives and we ended call.

Checked again online that i wasnt misreading offer but i am not  they are advertising 75% discount from £15 to £5 and even that is wrong as that would be a discount of £11.25  and £10 equates to 2 /3 s and  not 3/4 s which is what 75% is.

Called sky again hoping to speak to someone who had a clue but was diverted from one person to another kept on hold for a while and then they hung up. Please advise am i reading this offer wrong

Regards Johnnync

@Johnnymc1

Just be aware that returning a mini box does NOT cancel a Multiscreen subscription. You can have Multiscreen without a mini box (to allow you to watch on another device).

@Johnnymc1 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

Offers can be tailored to individual customers so what you see others may not see them. I've had a look in an incognito tab but cannot see any offers for multiscreen so cannot see the offer you are talking about.

Re: NoMultiroom

Thanks for reply i know this is not sky custoner services the offer i was referring to was not tailored to me. Search sky multi room offer and you will see it. Point is they are advertising something you can't then get. wondered if anyone else has had same issue

@Johnnymc1 thats my point i have searched Sky and do not see the offer as I have muliscreen then I won't see it it will tailored to either individualwindow and did not see the offer customers or customers without multiscreen

I even used an incognito window and was not able to see the offer  either

When you see the offer are you logged into Sky.com ?

edit

I have now found an offer for multiscreen but it is showing as £10 per month for new multiscreen customers only. I cannot see one for £5.00 per month

It (incorrectly) says 75% on Google's results but not on the actual page when you follow the link but it does say...
