No volume

My sky mini box was showing no satellite signal obviously due to the weather , it's now come back on but we don't seem to have any volume? 
can anyone help please ?

@Didj Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then reboot the mini

 

if that doesnt work try  rebooting your TV
