No viewing card

My sky box was collected and I left my viewing card in the box

can you send a new viewing card

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is primarily a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.

You aren't the first to do this and certainly won't be the last.

 

This isn't something the Community Messaging Team can help with so you'll need to call Sky to order a replacement viewing card.

 

Saying nothing when the automation (bot) kicks in sometimes gets you to an agent.
