No viewing card

I am a returning customer to Sky. All my old equiptment was returned earlier this year but not satisified with my new server I decided to return to Sky.I signed up for a Sky Q box which I received within 4 days ,as I still had the Dish and all cables I opted for a self installation. I phoned sky when the box arrived to ask about the viewing card and was told it had not been sent but they would send one and I would recieve it in 2 days. It didnt arrive and so started what has become a fustrating litany of phone calls promises, apologies ,and sheer exasperation.This commenced on the 15th October it is now the 8th November. I phone to discuss my missing card and speak to a polite person who when they look at my case inform me they have a technical issue and this has been raised to their "back office" and they are waiting for an update.Each time I ring and we are talking in excess of 15 times I get the same response. They are unable to contact the "back office" directly and all they can do is review it for me,I then receive a computer generated text message for a few days saying  they are awaiting an update,but still the "back Office" dont respond. Now I have looked at my account and my payment is about to be taken for a service I dont have so, I phoned sky accounts but they are unable to stop the  payment but they will credit my account in the future.I pointed out to the very polite lady we may not have a future if they dont supply the viewing card . I know this is a rant but as you cant rant  directly to the mysterious "back office" and I cant help visualising a broom cupboard with a sign on the door "Back Office"  followed by " No Repy".

Has anyone any ideas where I go from here.?

You have also posted on the Sky+ board but as you cannot return to Sky+ I believe you have Sky Q.

 

If you have returned to Sky Q Sky will have expected you to have kept your original viewing card. If you haven't then you'll need to contact Sky to arrange a new one which will be posted out to you.
