I haven’t sky ev on mini box and I’ve reset several times

What is happening when you try to view? Are you getting any error messages?

Yes it's a no satellite signal but the main box we have satellite picture only on the two mini boxes it's showing that message you can view recordings et cetera

If that doesn’t help you, at the end of the link it may give you an option to arrange an engineer to check your dish alignment.
