No sound on sky q minibox

No sound at all off sky q minibox. Left off from mains all night, just come to use it and stilll the same. Done what it said on sky page but no response.

I am not too sure what it will have said on the SKY page.

Can I suggest you try a power down restart of your TV (i.e. unplug or switch off at mains) - we often find this restores sound for some people

Hi All, found the problem out in the end as tried hdmi lead on blu ray and same thing, picture but no sound. Went back of telly where hdmi goes in and it was loose. Tred to insert back in but it just pushed socket into telly. Lucky 2 more hdmi sockets at back so inserted lead into one of them and it now works fine. Hope this might help others.
