Hi @Leah27x   Try setting your audio format to Normal. Home -> Settings -> Setup -> Audio visual -> Digital audio output HDMI -> Normal.

Please may I suggest you power down restart your TV (unplug or switch off at mains)

We find that this sometimes help people restore sound.
