No sky since February 1st

For some reason two of my three Sky plus multi room boxes were cancelled on the 1st of February 2026. I reported this and they said that I had requested a sky Q of which I hadn't and that my account had been changed by somebody in the mobile phone team I put in a complaint and ask them to reinstate the two boxes they said they couldn't reactivate the cards and they would have to send new ones so I've then received several days later. A replacement card for the box that was apparently still operating I then reported it again continued with another complaint and had another card sent to me which didn't work. I reported this then a gentleman called Antony from an Indian call centre said he would follow up on the complaint and send me out the replacement cards and I wouldn't have any more problems it would all be sorted several days later. One car turned up which didn't work and now none of the cards work at all in any of the rooms in any of the boxes I've reported this to Sky and nobody seems remotely interested when phoning the contact centre I keep getting told they can help me through text. Send me a text and cut me off i'm at the absolute end of my tether with Sky as I have not received any sky television since the 1st of February and it is now the seventh I feel Sky must be some kind of breach of contract. Any advice would be most welcome
