No signal

Hi, was told I had to upgrade to Sky Q. 
it's never really worked. 
3-4 nights is ok, rest - no signal. 
cant even watch free view as all through your connection. 
want to swap out if this cant be fixed. 

never had issue before. 
engineer said some Chanel's may not work - why? And now have none at all.

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
