Hi @Kerry19   What happens if you press the on/off switch on the box (on the right).

No buttons work at all even the reset button

@Kerry19 i'm guessing this is yourmain Q box try unplugging the box from the socket for 15 minutes then plugging it back in 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
