No signal

My second sky q mini box shows no signal on tv however tv is connected to the internet. Cable is plugged in.

”No signal” tends to be a message from your TV (in which case check the cables going to the TV). A “no satellite signal” message relates to your Sky box.

If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

Yes it's no satellite signal. It used to work fine. My main box in the lounge works fine. It then says select source which I have and is all set up fine.

If it is only showing no satellite signal on the mini box, then;

on your main Sky Q box go to Settings > Watch on Sky Q Mini Box > Reactivate.

I believe this should refresh the signal going to the Mini box. Worth a try.
