Hi,
I want to move my Sky Q main box to another room that has Sat 1 and Sat 2 points, but when I connect to Sat 2, I get technical fault displayed in a black box , and checking on the Status menu it says no signal, so maybe the bedroom connection isn't activated, but the terrestrial socket works fine.
I live in an apartment where the signal is feed via cable to each apartment and house on the estate. When Sky Q was installed they added an extra box dcSs - 422 in my utility cupboard.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi @Twomuchtv
Highly unlikely that Q will be available on multiple socket outputs.
