No signal again

I have already had problems with my dish last month with no signal waited days for a engineer to come  and again saying the same and having to wait 4 days for a engineer again ...not good enough when you pay alot of money to sky for all your apps etc not a happy customer

It's unfortunate but you'll have been given the earliest engineer availability.
