No satellite signal

After the storm yesterday, my sky channels are saying no satellite signal. Terrestrial channels are working but constantly dropping. The box itself says it had good signal but no sky channels are working. From what I can see, the dish hasn't moved.

Even though it may not seem like it, it is quite likely that the dish has slightly moved & needs re-aligning

Please see the following page that covers a few problems  including no Signal - if you follow the link through and still have problems  (which is quite likely after the storms) then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-picture-problems

Note after the storms & with the reduction in number of engineers over the last few years then lead times for an apointment may be several weeks

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system
