My sky q box keeps saying no satellite signal. It will work for a few minutes then go off for a few minutes then come back on, but I can't get any Tv guide or listings to work and sometimes it won't let me download things on demand but sometimes it will. Does anyone know why this could be happening?

Follow the advice laid out in this Sky help article first and if at the end your problem still exists there is the ability to book an enginner visit via an online link.
