No satellite all day

My sky and mini box hasn't been working since 8am. I've tried turning it off from switch 3 times and followed the information via phone call, nothing is working!

Take a look at the troubleshooting on the appropriate section of this link. .
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish.
