@Stewart1979 You have posted to the Glass and Stream forum. Neither Glass or the Stream puck use a satellite dish.

@Stewart1979 As advised by other posters Sky Glass/Stream does not use satellite it is an online service, therefore your post has been moved to the relevant forum.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
