Over the past few weeks fewer channels have been available to view as there was no satellite signal.
each day fewer are being able to be viewed now most of the channels are all unviewable or a blank screen with the sub heading no satellite.
we have checked the connections and rebooted but still no change.

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
