Good Afternoon 


i have been a very loyal sky customer for over 10 years. I'm now being charged for non-return of a sky equipment which I'm not aware of. No one told me that I had to return the sky equipment if it's loaned I wasn't aware that my equipment was loaned and if I am charged for this non-return which I'm not aware about then I'll be taking my business elsewhere very unhappy customer when I had the engineer come round and install my new sky equipment he didn't mention to me that I had to return my old sky equipment

You're not contacting Sky here.  (Just other customers)

 

When you read and agreed your contract you'll remember the part that clearly tells you that hardware is loaned.

 

What equipment are you referring to?  And what did you do with the 'old' equipment?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
