No, refreshing the apps does not work...

So I decide to watch Netflix after a hard days work, at some point, maybe 30 minutes the screen just goes black and I have to press the Home button. So I try Disney+, nope the same, as it is with Paramount+, Apple, Discovery, oh, it seems to be all the ones I pay for. I go back to Netflix, this time it doesnt even load up and is just stuck.

 

Now, annoyingly, I have to get off the sofa and unplug the box and restart it, oh, and usually I'll refresh the apps, the same as I did yesterday, and the day before that, and the day before that...

 

And no success with any of it, it just happens every day and it seems to be a lottery as to how long the programme will be on, or whether it starts again.

 

So, is there some resolution as to how I watch the programmes that I am actually paying for?. And please dont suggest turning off the box, resetting the box (Even factory reset it), or refreshing the apps as it just doesnt work

Mine is exactly the same but just with Netflix, not the other apps which work fine. I have to refresh it through settings and then see start the box and it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Very annoying.
