No picture

When we turn the sky box on the picture is black and then flashes up a distorted view on the Home Screen.

@Gill+Durham that doesn't sound like a typically reported Sky+ problem - the forum you've posted in.

Do you have Sky Stream, by any chance?

It's Sky Q. We have a dish so sometimes the weather affects the picture but not like this. It's very strange and has been going on for a week
