No pairing code for new Samsung TV

We've purchased a Samsung QN85D tv. However I cannot pair the Sky Q remote. The model number isn't recognised and I've  tried all the options when you don't know the model number. I've also tried all 44 options for 'other' in tv brands. Can anyone help please?
