How do I find my password / PIN for wireless connection ?

Are you trying to connect your Sky Q box to your Wifi, if so the network key is usually printed on your broadband hub if you are a Sky Broadband customer.

And if you're on Sky broadband you don't need it, you just use the WPS button.

Where is this and what do I do with it ?

Tell the Q box you want to connect to the router by resetting the network connection through the menu

press the wps button (has two arrows in a circle) on the router when prompted, for a couple of seconds.
