No apps loading

Trying to watch YouTube via Sky but being told that this app is unavailable, I go to Netflix, then Paramount plus, still the same message. Anyone else having trouble

Yes on SkyQ. I watched the apps on my smart TV and everything was working perfectly but not via sky

Firstly,

1. Press Standby on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug at the mains and wait for the lights on your Sky Q box to turn off.
2. Plug in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
3. Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press Home on your Sky Q remote.

Some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Then, if still not working do an apps refresh on the Sky Q box;

1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings
2. Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu
3. Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.

The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.
