No Sound

I have no sound on sky. 

Even trying anything on the sky box like Netflix, disney plus etc no sound

 The mini q box upstairs has got sound tried everything like unplugging, restarting, checked all wires but nothing

Have you tried doing a power down restart of your TV (i.e. unplug or switch of at the mains) ?

We sometimes find this restores sound for some people reporting this
