No BBC2 or RTE 1 currently. Haven't checked other channels. Ireland.

RTE1 & BBC2 not coming in on my Sky Q box. Borrowed my sisters Box & found the same

 Connected my box in my sisters & received both stations. The signal strength & quality in both installations is 50 & 90 respectively

Then you seem to have proved that the issue lies with your dish or cabling. Assuming it's your own dish, you'll need to arrange for an engineer. 

Unfortunately, the signal strength/quality on Sky Q boxes is pretty meaningless in these situations.
