@Nadia2 I don't believe you can block or PIN protect Ninja kids individually but you can PIN protect all Apps/games by Play.works which Ninja kids run through.
To do this:
Press Home
Press Settings
press Parental
Press Manage parental settings and enter PIN
Press PIN for Apps
Scroll down to Play.works and set to On
