Newbie here, trying to connrct Sky Q.

Hi newbie here, tech dinosaur.  Trying to connect to Sky Q. Tells me im connected.  Does a status check, then gives me a QR code. Hub is up and running....confused...

 

Any help would be fab.

Hi @Jan136   It would help if you told us what you are trying to connect to Sky Q. Normally the installer does this for you, has something changed?

Sky Q setup doesn't display a QR code afaik. Some of the apps do and some TVs probably do.

Are you sure you have Sky Q and not Sky Stream? Do you have a satellite dish?
