New

HelloI received the sky box. I have an appointment set for tomorrow from 2 to 5 pm with a sky technician to set up. But I also received the message to install it by myself. I am confused. Will a technician come up for the installation? Thank you

Unless you are a returning customer, the engineer brings all Sky Q boxes. What you've had delivered is undoubtedly a broadband hub.
