New sky q mini box
I have received my new replacement sky q mini box. I have followed the instructions for its installation but can't get it to connect. I get a no signal message on my tv screen. I have checked to ensure that the correct hdmi port has been selected and it has. When I use the home button on the sky remote nothing happens.
I am extremely disappointed with the service from sky. Had the engineer out twice and problems are still being experienced.

You had an engineer out twice to fix a "no signal" message and they could not?

Hi @Spadge1219
Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on then,
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
