New sky q box
Got a new sky q box today the man that delivered it took away the old box as arranged but the sky card wasn't taken out of it so don't have a sky q card for New box

You aren't the first person to do that and won't be the last but you'll need to call Sky to order a replacement viewing card.
Saying nothing when the automation (bot) kicks in sometimes gets you to an agent.
