New sky q box

My Sky Q box has all of a sudden become very slow and glitching, recordings are impossible to watch and glitching every few seconds. Apps won't loads either, all Sky say is 3-5 days for a new box but no immediate fix, any suggestions?

@Emmajnky84 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
