New sky price

My other half spoke with sky Tuesday and our price went down from £88 to £82.50. Just checked on the bill section on the sky app and it's still saying £88 for further bills. When does the new price kick in?

Hi @lara270493   If it hasn't kicked in by now, then there is a problem. Normally only takes 24 hours. I would chase this with Sky.
