Connected new multi box and went through numerous times on resetting original Sky Q box and Sky router. Still comes up that I have no subscription for it despite it showing on my bill. I have previously had a multi box and know how it works. Can never get through to Technical Helpdesk / sent me this link basically saying try sort it yourself. Poor customer service.

@BazJC You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
