New box, same issues with signal
We have received a new box as we were told this would fix our signal problems- it hasn't and we are having the exact same issues we were originally having. We would like an engineer to come and fix it.

Satellite signal problems? They sent you a new box for that??

Hi @KarenYoung
Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
