New box how long

I've got a sky q box, main box working fine, trying connect up mini box , has all the proper landing page but when I choose a channel ( have full package  ) get message below , turned it on off 3/4 times waited half an hour with the message on the screen how long should I expect to wait ?how do I resolve please ?

Cannot see the picture until moderated....  But where did you get the mini box?  (And does your package have multiroom)
