I have just had my new sky q box installed. I also subscribed to multi room with a sky q mini box. Since connecting the new mini box it in turn disrupts the internet connection to the main box and this disconnects the whole system. As soon as the mini box is removed ie powered off. The main box gets internet connection again. The other issue is for the short time it does connect the mini gets a very poor connection making it so you can't watch any programmes.
