New Q user

Hello,

So changed to Sky Q from +box last week, is there a problem with the box holding the broadband signal? I have just reinputed my password after 4 days of it lagging. its seeing the broadband signal but the password keep failing? So far not overly impressed!

@sorbins there shouldn't be i've had my boxes since 2016 and never  been asked to reinput anything 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
